Set in the private Highlands enclave of Wilmington’s coveted Landfall Community, The Cypress House transforms an underdeveloped marsh-front property into an expression of ultra-modern design.
PROJECT GOAL:
CB10 Development contacted Stridis Renderings to showcase their vision for a new custom home design, aiming to help build engagement and pre-sell the property more than 12 months before completion.
STRATEGY:
Through a series of still images, virtual tour and 3D animations, Stridis Renderings delivered a 360° immersive experience for prospective buyers to envision their dream home.
IMPACT:
Through the immersive experience we created, The Cypress House had a professional development & sales tool to aid their teams in building and selling the home.
The result? A more efficient construction process along with a more engaging sales process.
