THE OBJECTIVE
Give buyers a clear read on the floor plan, style, and location of these luxury townhomes on a short timeline. Create interior visuals with general finish selections and general direction. The client also wanted the rooftop view represented accurately with real-world drone imagery in the background to emphasize its location.
THE APPROACH
Working from a reference style, we collaborated to get an accurate interior direction before focusing on site context and accuracy. Once we had the interiors approved, we used real-world drone imagery for the background of the still renderings and 360 images so buyers could see exactly where the property sits.
