Founded in 2015, we've grown from a rendering shop into a full-service studio — design, visualization, immersive media, brand, and marketing, under one roof. One mission runs through all of it: make your next property impossible to overlook.

Founded Stridis in 2015 to help real estate professionals market properties that didn't exist yet. Originally from Massachusetts, he studied entrepreneurship — and played baseball — at the University of Tampa, then spent years in agency marketing and as Director of Marketing for a Tampa-area development company. That real estate and marketing background, paired with a genuine passion for home design, is what he brings to every project. Off the clock, he's on the golf course, watching sports, or home with his wife and black lab.

Brings 10+ years of marketing and PR experience, specializing in graphic design, web design, an marketing strategy. Originally from Madison, Connecticut, he drives how Stridis positions clients in the market — from brand identity to digital presence. Off the clock, he's usually with his mini golden retriever Charlie, deep in a video game, or out with friends.

Leads 3D modeling, rendering, and media creation, bringing a lifelong pull toward technology and digital media to every project. A licensed drone pilot, he also runs video production and editing. Known for patience, precision, and a forward-looking eye, Chris keeps Stridis moving toward what's next. Off the clock, he's on the pickleball court or focused on fitness.
