THE OBJECTIVE
Everything that made this home exceptional was invisible on paper — the marsh it backed onto, the golf course community around it, and a feature set well beyond a typical custom build. A hidden butler's pantry, a private outdoor shower off the master bath, a crow's nest deck overlooking the water. None of it existed yet to photograph, and none of it reads from a floor plan.
THE APPROACH
We used 3D animation to show what a still image can't — the hidden butler's pantry opening, the views the crow's nest was built for.
Every major living area and feature was visualized around those moments, with drone imagery combined with the 3D work to place the home between the course and the marsh. A highlight video and 360 tour brought it together on the property landing page.
