THE OBJECTIVE

Create an innovative marketing package to showcase a premier new residential build in Tampa, one with a true "wow" factor that positions the property against everything else on the market. With the interior design and finish specifications already approved, accuracy was the entire job: buyers needed to see exactly what would be built, not an interpretation of it.

THE APPROACH

Because the project was local, we walked the property during construction, assessing build progress in person and planning viewpoints and drone aerials around what the site actually offered, including its elegance and desirable location.

We worked directly with the interior designer throughout, visualizing every space against the approved plans and design schedules. Once the design was signed off, we produced the final still renderings, a property highlight video, and a 360 virtual tour, all delivered through an interactive brochure.
