THE OBJECTIVE
Create an innovative marketing package to showcase a premier new residential build in Tampa. Provide a viewing marketing experience with a true "wow" factor that positions the property as a cut above the rest. Create visuals that precisely portray the approved interior design and finish specs to give potential buyers an exact understanding of what will be built.
Since this was a Tampa-based project we were able to walk the property and see the current build progress and strategically plan viewpoints and drone aerials to capture the elegance and desirable location of this new build.
Precision was essential for this project, and we worked collaboratively with the interior designer to make sure all spaces were visualized according to the approved plans and design schedules. Once the design was approved, we moved forward with creating all of the necessary media and content for the interactive brochure. This included all final still renderings, a property highlight video, and a 360 virtual tour.
