Pre-sales for a luxury waterfront condominium

THE OBJECTIVE

Orange Beach developer Brett Robinson has been building waterfront condos in Orange Beach, AL for over 100 years. With the release of a new elevated concept Phoenix Perdido as their first building in Florida, their goal was to showcase to buyers and investors what was to come in an innovative and captivating way. Featuring multiple floor plan options and amenities (lazy river, indoor pool, oceanfront view gym) the goal was to create an experience that would truly immerse buyers and investors during the pre-sales cycle.

THE APPROACH

We rendered the full exterior, all unit floor plan configurations, key amenities, and produced animated clips of the most important areas. We understood the oceanfront views and environment were key selling points and blended them seamlessly within the experience. Once all of the assets were created and finalized (exterior renders, interior renders, amenity renders, floor plans, 3D animation video, 3D tour) everything was assembled into a professionally branded interactive brochure to serve as a prospect-ready immersive presentation.
